This is a two day per week program to develop ring muscle-up specific pulling and pushing strength!

Who it’s for:

This program is for athletes who have a goal of achieving or improving strength required for competitive fitness-style ring muscle-ups (kipping or strict). This is not a skill supplement — just strength.

Strength Development — The first part is broken up into two sub-parts (Part 1A and Part 1B). Both of these are designed to help you develop the strength required to perform a ring muscle-up. This is the absolute foundation! Your machine needs a motor before it can do anything.

Equipment used: Hanging gymnastics rings, parallettes, hanging rope, horizontal bar, dumbbells, GHD machine (optional).
