This is an exclusive 8-week online journey designed to elevate the skills of CrossFit™ coaches beginning September 29, 2024 and is limited to just 14 participants.

This program focuses on deepening your knowledge around the methodology of and coaching the Sport of CrossFit™, how to create freedom for yourself by making coaching into a career, and to turn expertise into coaching excellence with business that works for you.
What's new to this mentorship:
Small group discussions and less lecture time
2 individual personal development consults with Coach El (1/month)
- Weekly Group Case Study Meetings & Presentation (1 hour)
- Provided 1 Case Study Test Subject - required to find one on their own
Through a comprehensive curriculum that includes assessment and testing, program design, effective programming techniques, and career development, coaches will receive personalized guidance from elite Brute Coach, El Senouvor. Weekly group meetings and individual mentor sessions ensure a tailored mentorship experience. Curriculum
Assessment and Testing
- Understanding athlete strengths and weaknesses through testing and assessment.
- Prioritizing absolute strength, gymnastics, and work capacity based on athlete needs.
- Planning training cycles based on athlete goals and competition schedules.
- Importance of not skipping foundational phases of athlete development.
- Utilizing testing metrics for rowing, biking, and running to track progress and set goals.
Program Design and Organization
- Mentors' expertise areas (e.g., conditioning, strength, gymnastics, movement).
- Programming is done in three blocks: accumulation, intensification, and pre-competition.
- Individual athlete needs (e.g., grip strength, elbow strength).
- Balancing aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
- Prioritizing athlete's specific weaknesses.
Effective Programming Techniques
- Power work with short intervals and recovery times.
- Progressive programming for identified priorities (e.g., overhead squats, handstand push-ups).
- Alternating between accumulation and intensification cycles.
- Coach feedback on one athlete for insights and suggestions.
Career Development
- Routes for setting up a coaching business.
- Benefits and challenges of each route.

- Building volume and foundation for intense training.

Program Assessment and Evaluation
- Assessment of mentees' progress throughout the program.
- Brute Strength will close out the program by asking for feedback from mentees’ to determine the success of the program.
- Throughout the program, mentees will be given assignments and will also be required to present their work for peer review.
