Overcharges and other monetary requests.
We take any questions of overcharge very seriously. Upon request we will perform an investigation within our unit to find and resolve these issues. If we can find no resolution you may be directed to your payment provider bank, credit card company, paypal etc. 

Exchanges and Return
 If the product we sent you was defective, or say we sent out the wrong size shirt? in a situation like this we will send out the new product with a return label for you to ship the defective or mispicked item on back to us. If for some reason you ordered the wrong size or and realize it when you get the product it will be up to you to ship that item back to us and we will send the proper product back out to you.
